Meet our Team

Jeremy is the founder of Signature Home Care. He serves as the Administrator in which he is responsible for the overall direction of the organization, and the development of high level strategies that align with the company’s vision, mission, and values. Jeremy brings to Signature Home Care 7 years of experience in clinical and emergency medical operations. Some specific highlights of his career include serving in the United States Air Force as an Emergency Medical Technician, where he deployed to the Middle East during the Iraq/Afghan war. He has supervised and managed various work sections throughout his career. He has also been responsible for providing first aid treatment to sick and injured patients, operating medical equipment, performing emergency treatment procedures, and administering drugs under the direction of a physician to thousands of patients. “I do not believe I could have started this company without the technical and leadership skills I learned in the military” Jeremy says.

Jeremy attended Park University, where he earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Healthcare Administration, and is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Healthcare. He is currently a Staff Sargent in the US Air Force. In his spare time, he enjoys all sports, reading and spending time with his family


Tony Phillips, Operations Director

Tony Philips brings to Signature Home Care over 16 years of staff leadership, sales, customer service, and human resource experience. He received numerous accolades for his outstanding performance in his duties. Tony serves as the Operations Director, in which his responsibilities include managing all hands-on, daily operational aspects of the company. Some specific highlights of his career include earning a Bachelor’s of Science in Communication, and an Associate degree in Psychology. He has also served as a United States Marine and an Air Force reservist. Tony is very energetic and loves volunteering within the community. He also loves sports and enjoys spending time with his family

Amanda attended Arizona State University, where she received her Bachelors of Arts in Elementary Education Multicultural. Her most recent experience comes from working as a teacher in the Tolleson School District. Amanda brings to Signature Home Care over 6 years of experience in health care services, and working with children with disabilities. She has also performed administrative work, assistant living, respite, habilitation, behavioral coaching, and much more. Amanda serves as the Office Manager where she performs administrative duties, which include scheduling client assessments, employee interviews, and staff orientation and training. Amanda is very passionate about her work with the community and strives to always learn and grow.
